Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an ESG Analyst. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with ESG requirements using ABNT PR 2030 as reference * Continuously assess the environmental impacts of organizational activities, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement; * Develop, implement and monitor sustainability policies and strategies aimed at reducing environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts; * Develop and apply best practices related to packaging, as well as proper management, handling and disposal of plastics and other materials; * Lead the development of the company's institutional position on climate change issues; * Continuously assess the environmental impacts of organizational activities, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement; * Develop, implement and monitor sustainability policies and strategies aimed at reducing environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts; **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Environmental Management or related fields * ESG specialization is desirable **Additional Information** * Work location: Simões Filho * Employment type: CLT * Hours: 44 hours per week * Salary: Market competitive * Benefits: Company-provided transportation, On-site restaurant, Profit sharing, Medical and Dental Insurance.
