About the Position We are seeking a Systems Analyst with a focus on projects to manage, plan, and monitor strategic initiatives in collaboration with technical teams and clients, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to deadlines, and continuous process improvement. The professional will serve as the liaison between business, clients, and development, applying both agile and traditional project management methodologies to support efficient activity execution and ensure the evolution of the company's solutions. Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and validate requirements with clients and stakeholders; * Prepare functional and technical documentation for projects; * Develop process flows, business rules, and functional specifications; * Create screen prototypes and support user experience definition; * Perform database modeling and analysis; * Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, deliverables, and metrics; * Prioritize backlogs and organize demands jointly with clients and technical teams; * Participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as Daily Meetings, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives; * Support the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle; * Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specification sheets for development; * Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validations with end users; * Support system implementation and post\-implementation processes; * Prepare manuals and deliver training sessions for users and clients; * Contribute to process improvements, innovation, and application of best practices in project management. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Systems Analyst, Project Analyst, or in related roles; * Intermediate knowledge of SQL databases; * Experience in requirements gathering and analysis; * Experience in monitoring and managing systems projects; * Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies; * Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and PMBOK\-based practices; * Experience in screen prototyping and process modeling; * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and priority management capability; * Strong communication skills and ease of interaction with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
