Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Key Responsibilities \* Manage the entire medication dispensing process, from patient intake to safe delivery of treatment \* Supervise storage, expiration date control, traceability, and inventory organization \* Ensure accurate control, recording, and billing of dispensed medications \* Plan and monitor procurement and replenishment of medications and pharmaceutical supplies \* Lead and develop the team \* Develop, implement, and monitor dispensing protocols and best practices \* Monitor performance indicators, care quality, and patient safety \* Ensure compliance with ANVISA, Federal Council of Pharmacy, and CRF-BA regulations \* Organize processes to improve efficiency, control, and traceability of pharmaceutical care \* Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
