Supervise vehicle and equipment inventory to ensure records are always up to date. Administer vehicle and equipment leasing contracts. Ensure proper cost center allocation related to fleet and equipment. Monitor availability, utilization, and downtime indicators for assets. Ensure transportation operations and equipment usage comply with safety standards. Guarantee that movements and costs are recorded in the Sienge system. Integrate fleet information with site departments for effective operational planning. Prepare managerial reports and logistics performance dashboards. Coordinate vehicle and equipment transfers across different construction sites. Reduce logistics costs through route analysis, contract review, and asset utilization. Manage documentation for vehicles, drivers, and equipment. Supervise use of trackers and fleet monitoring. Lead logistics and fleet teams.
