Join us in transforming operations into results! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Prepare sample containers for sampling; * Develop custody chains for collection and subcontracted laboratories; * Receive, inspect, and label samples; * Arrange logistics for shipping samples to headquarters and subcontracted laboratories; * Register samples in the MyLims system; * Enter results, perform critical analysis, and prepare samples; * Monitor and manage inventory of equipment and preservation supplies for containers, reporting purchase needs to management; * Perform administrative tasks and maintain control over field-used equipment maintenance; * Record interventions in the system to track daily calibrations; * Manage and monitor daily unit scheduling and logistics, including designing collector routes; * Carry out the branch’s administrative routine; * Conduct sampling when necessary. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Oceanography, or related fields; * Prior experience in this activity/field is a plus; * Experience with laboratory routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
