




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for sanitation, pre-preparation and preparation of food and beverages, organizing the distribution ramp and dining area, and substituting in other departments. Opportunity to substitute across different departments. · Perform sanitation, pre\-preparation, and assist in food preparation. · Prepare beverages and place them in equipment and/or utensils for service. · Prepare salads. · Arrange the distribution ramp, ensuring an attractive appearance and correct restocking. · Substitute staff in the fast grill and self-service areas during colleagues' break times. · Organize the dining area and perform end-of-day cleaning.
