Job Summary:
The social worker will be responsible for conflict mediation, coordination of socio-assistance networks, and family reception, issuing technical opinions and reports.

OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in the country, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
1\. Social Interview;
2\. Conflict Mediation;
3\. Coordination with the socio-assistance network;
4\. Performing various notifications;
5\. Preparing Social Reports to resolve social demands;
6\. Organizing and participating in multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary meetings for case discussions;
7\. Receiving/Orienting family members and/or guardians;
8\. Conducting screening;
9\. Organizing the waiting room/socioeducational activities;
10\. Creating/Participating in workshop groups;
11\. Issuing technical opinions;
12\. Issuing medical transportation authorization reports for travel outside the domicile.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work;
* Six months of experience in similar positions.
