




Job Summary: An HR consulting firm is seeking a professional to manage the procurement process, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize costs, ensuring material replenishment and financial viability. Ensure compliance with agreements and delivery deadlines. **Who We Are:** We are an HR and Personnel Department consulting firm dedicated to developing people, encouraging them, and helping them experience new attitudes, ideas, and concepts that improve their habits and behaviors—making them more effective in what they do. **Main Responsibilities:** * Inventory and Demand Analysis: Assess the need for material and supply replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory; * Supplier Negotiation: Research and select new supply sources, agreements, and contracts; negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure business financial viability (cost reduction); * Procurement Process: Conduct quotations, issue purchase orders, and ensure compliance with agreements/contracts; * Follow-up and Logistics: Monitor order progress to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to required technical specifications; * Cost and Reporting Analysis: Analyze costs and prepare supplier performance reports (financial performance and item turnover); **Requirements:** Minimum Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree; Knowledge: Excel, taxation relevant to procurement, report generation; Prior experience in related activities; **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: CLT. * Benefits: Meal Allowance + Dental Plan + Transportation Allowance * Remuneration: R$ 2.800,00 * Work Location: Lauro de Freitas * Working Hours: To be agreed upon (Monday to Saturday) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: *Business Administration, Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
