Direct communication with clients, terminals, and port authorities North Star offers maritime agency, freight brokerage (Shipbrokers), and maritime consulting services across various segments, serving bulk carriers (solid and liquid) and other vessel types, delivering high-quality services to large, established market players. **Position:** ---------- * Prepare vessel proforma invoices for port calls * Provide documentation required for finalizing vessel port cost settlements * Monitor port operations, keeping key stakeholders duly informed, and issue final documentation * Perform processes in the "Porto Sem Papel" (Paperless Port) and "Siscomex Carga" systems for vessel berthing and customs clearance * Issue Sistuf, Funapol, Onboard Sanitary Certificate, and Free Pratique documents * Prepare and send daily line-ups * Request vessel draft surveys (when applicable) * Conduct onboard visits with port authorities * Arrange boarding access between vessel and shore, and vice versa, when necessary * Coordinate crew change support services, when required * Maintain direct contact with clients, terminals, port operators, and port authorities via email and telephone **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed high school education; * Intermediate English proficiency; advanced level preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). **Additional Benefits:** ----------------------- * Meal/Voucher allowance * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Recruitment Process Stages: 1) Resume registration; 2) Completion of pre-interview questionnaire; 3) HR interview; 4) Manager interview; 5) Job offer.
