We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate governance of the highway project and construction portfolio, ensuring application of the organization’s defined project management methodologies, processes, and standards. * Plan, consolidate, and monitor physical and economic project performance, ensuring information reliability and an integrated portfolio view. * Track schedules, physical progress curves, disbursements, and contractual milestones. * Monitor and control budget, forecast, economic/financial trends, and performance indicators, supporting managerial and executive decision-making. * Support identification of technical, financial, contractual, and regulatory risks, proposing mitigation and contingency plans. * Collaborate integrally with integration, engineering, planning, finance, contracts, procurement, and implementation areas to promote alignment and communication fluency. * Support leadership in strategic prioritization and decision-making. * Develop, consolidate, and present management reports, dashboards, and indicators for committees, the board of directors, and other governance bodies. * Support control of contractual and regulatory obligations toward the granting authority, ensuring information traceability and support for internal and external audits. * Contribute to economic-financial rebalancing processes, when applicable, by providing technical and economic analyses. * Coordinate, guide, and develop the PMO team, promoting standardization, continuous improvement, and a data-driven management culture. * Identify opportunities to optimize costs, timelines, processes, and tools, contributing to operational project efficiency. * Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, etc.). * Experience in project management, planning, and control within highway concessions, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects. * Knowledge of physical-financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance indicators. * Familiarity with concession agreements, CAPEX/OPEX, and the regulatory environment. * Proficiency in management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, Advanced Excel, or similar).
