Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Developer (Python/RPA) to develop, maintain, and enhance corporate process automations and integrations, driving digital transformation and optimizing internal processes. We seek a **Mid-Level Developer (Python/RPA)** to **develop, maintain, and enhance corporate process automations and integrations using Python and other applicable technologies, drive digital transformation and internal process optimization, ensure delivery of automated, secure, and efficient solutions, and promote greater productivity, operational reliability, and standardization of technological routines.** If you are agile, customer-focused, and committed to excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are Grupo NewChase—and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and enhance automations using Python, automation libraries, APIs, scripts, integrations, and complementary RPA tools. * Map manual, repetitive, or critical business processes in collaboration with business areas to identify automation opportunities, productivity gains, error reduction, and operational improvements. * Create robots and automated routines for data collection, processing, validation, transformation, and transmission across internal systems, spreadsheets, portals, databases, APIs, and files. * Develop web automations using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent libraries. * Develop desktop automations, file manipulation, spreadsheet and PDF reading, email handling, directory operations, local application interaction, and operational routines. * Build integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, CSV/Excel/JSON/XML files, databases, and corporate systems. * Automate administrative, financial, tax, operational, commercial, customer service, after-sales, data, and technology processes. * Support automation development using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, n8n, or similar platforms, where applicable. * Conduct technical process analysis, evaluating feasibility, risks, exceptions, system dependencies, business rules, and expected benefits. * Develop solutions with exception handling, logging, alerts, reprocessing, audit trails, and contingency mechanisms. **Requirements and Qualifications** **If you:** * Hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields. * Have experience developing Python-based automations, integrations, scripts, data processing, or RPA. * Understand programming logic, object-oriented principles, file manipulation, and exception handling. * Have experience with Python libraries for automation, data handling, file operations, spreadsheets, APIs, emails, controlled web scraping, and cross-system integration. * Know web automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar. * Have hands-on experience consuming and integrating REST APIs, JSON, XML, authentication, tokens, and response handling. * Understand relational databases, SQL queries, data read/write operations, views, stored procedures, or extraction routines. * Have experience with Git or other source code versioning tools. * Knowledge of Power Automate Desktop and cloud-based flows is desirable. * Knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, queues, assets, jobs, triggers, and robot management is desirable. * Experience automating Microsoft 365 applications—including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform—is desirable. * Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, OpenPyXL, Requests, BeautifulSoup, * PyAutoGUI, PyPDF, Selenium, Playwright, FastAPI or Flask is desirable. *The \#GrupoNewChase is your place!* **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-aligned salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * WellHub (formerly Gympass)—available for up to 3 dependents; * Free telemedicine—available for spouse, children; * Free psychological support—available for spouse, children; * Discounts on fully online undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and English courses; * Corporate University; * Employee tenure recognition program; * Maternity care program. **WE ARE GRUPO NEWCHASE AND WE GROW TOGETHER** We are a national mobility group with over 30 years of excellence and continuous growth in the automotive market.
