S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talents to work as a CLINICAL SUPERVISOR. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct clinical-institutional supervision of teams, supporting staff and coordinators in managing complex situations and building comprehensive care; * Contribute to strengthening expanded clinical practice, care in freedom, harm reduction, bonding, and the Singular Therapeutic Project (PTS); * Support prevention of staff illness by promoting spaces for active listening, critical reflection, and qualification of work processes; * Support the management team through documentation of key identified demands, thereby supporting continuous improvement of institutional processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Higher education degree in health-related fields (e.g., psychology, nursing, public health, medicine, among others); * Specialization in mental health, psychosocial care, harm reduction, and populations experiencing homelessness; * Proven professional experience in clinical-institutional supervision with populations experiencing homelessness and in mental health, including intersectoral network articulation; * Experience in interdisciplinary practice, management of complex cases, and intersectoral network articulation; * Skills in conflict mediation, qualified listening, institutional support, and facilitation of collective work processes. **Additional information** * Salary: R$ 5\.000,00 S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit, socially oriented and inclusive institution, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and certified as a Social Organization in various states and municipalities across the federation.
