The Sustainability Analyst will be responsible for integrating sustainability into the life cycle of units, promoting socio-environmental practices aligned with current regulations and the company's strategy. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor waste management processes and guide company departments to comply with environmental regulations; * Develop and manage projects related to socio-environmental initiatives; * Conduct training sessions, capacity-building workshops, and awareness campaigns on sustainability; * Embed sustainability into the life cycle of the company's units; * Prepare the company's sustainability report; * Disseminate sustainability concepts and practices both internally and externally; * Deploy the sustainability strategy across all company departments; * Conduct benchmarking to identify best practices and innovations; * Foster dialogue and engagement with internal and external leadership. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Sustainability areas, preferably within companies widely recognized for sustainability; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; #### **Desirable qualifications (differentiators):** * Postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related fields; * Experience preparing sustainability reports and socio-environmental indicators; * Knowledge of environmental standards and certifications; * Ability to lead training sessions and awareness campaigns; * Capability to conduct benchmarking and analyze market best practices.
