Teamwork and customer service **Description:** Key responsibilities: Perform equipment maintenance accurately and skillfully, and serve customers courteously during field assignments. · Conduct mechanical diagnostics. · Complete all courses outlined in the JDU learning path (DS). · Keep the tool box clean, organized, and complete. · Use the SIMOVA system correctly. · Know and monitor weekly goals and productivity metrics. · Open and properly follow up on DTACs. · Adhere to the workshop’s basic routine. · Immediately report efficiency losses or additional services requested by customers to the base. · Adhere to the field (workshop) basic routine. · Complete reports and service orders accurately. Requirements: High school diploma; technical degree in mechanics or mechanical engineering; relevant work experience; discipline; organization; proactivity.
