**Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and disinfect all hospital environments, furniture, and equipment using appropriate techniques to prevent healthcare-associated infection risks. * Execute routines and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the assigned area with excellence. * Ensure hygiene and general order within the unit under responsibility, as well as maintain cleanliness and preservation of all materials and equipment used. * Perform hygiene cleaning of all hospital environments and departments; * Perform disinfection in the presence of organic matter (blood, urine, feces, and vomit); * Carry out other administrative support activities for the department, as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Completed elementary education (6th to 9th grade). **Desirable** * Completed secondary education; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Knowledge of Hospital Hygiene. **Workplace: Professor Eládio Lássere Hospital, Cajazeiras 2\.** **Additional Information** The Instituto Fernando Filgueiras (IFF) is a Social Organization headquartered in Bahia, composed of professionals with extensive experience in Public Health Management, aiming to achieve excellence in health services delivery, supported by Humanized Care, Teaching and Research Development, and Quality Management.
