Provide patient care aimed at contributing to the achievement of established goals and objectives, ensuring the institution's service practices. **Main responsibilities:** · Receive clients, seeking to identify their needs, providing information and delivering service in a courteous manner; · Perform eligibility checks, biometric identification, and request authorizations from insurance providers, verifying issued guides and managing open and unavailable guides; · Finalize and daily submit to supervision the cash closing report for that day's services; · Check and organize insurance guides, generate service protocols, and forward them to supervision; · Receive, authorize, and/or register external materials received from partner clinics and/or hospitals; · Answer telephone calls; · Take and relay messages; · Schedule external collections; · Register documents; · Record patient complaints and compliments; · Report daily on area activity performance, supporting management in decision-making; · Comply with quality management system requirements; · Be available to attend technical and behavioral training sessions; Job type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$1,700.00 - R$1,780.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed High School (Preferred) Experience: * Laboratory experience (Required)
