Conduct occasional site visits to garages to ensure service quality. 2\. Supervise the procurement of materials used in maintenance activities and control their consumption, ensuring timely payment of related invoices. 3\. Supervise suppliers to monitor contractually agreed service execution and their respective preventive maintenance activities. 4\. Supervise the team’s use of the parking garage maintenance work order system. 5\. Supervise the development of departmental KPIs to track work order trends and drive continuous improvement of parking garage maintenance processes. 6\. Support Brazil-wide maintenance teams by providing remote assistance to all regional offices. 7\. Supervise achievement of departmental targets. 8\. Supervise and ensure that the data network, infrastructure, and logic automation systems remain fully operational and aligned with industry best practices. 9\.
