




Job Summary: This role requires organizing and managing documentation and internal systems while maintaining direct contact with consultants and clients to ensure compliance and meet deadlines. Ensure deadlines and documentary compliance with clients and partners **We are looking for an Operational Support Analyst to join our teams in Vitória, Salvador, João Pessoa, and the Federal District!** We are a company specializing in real estate financing. Our mission is to guide our clients through their real estate financing journey, anchored on fundamental pillars: process quality, exceptional service for clients and commercial partners, and achieving tangible results. **Responsibilities:** * Open sales in the internal system, ensuring accurate information registration; * Request, receive, and verify documentation from clients and partners; * Maintain direct contact with consultants for information alignment and process monitoring; * Conduct document-related follow-up and collection activities with clients, partners, and consultants, ensuring deadlines and compliance; * Input and organize documentation in the system for submission to analysis; * Update operation statuses in the system and report inconsistencies when identified. **Required Qualifications:** * Reside in Vitória, the Federal District, João Pessoa, or Salvador; * Prior experience in administrative and/or operational routines; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Proficiency with systems and digital tools; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Hold the **CA300 certification;** * Experience in administrative and operational areas; * Knowledge of real estate credit. **What We Offer:** * Meal and Food Allowance – Flexible Flash card; * Transportation Allowance; * Health and Dental Plans; * Life Insurance; * Physical Wellness – Gympass; * Birthday Day Off; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR).
