If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and love a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your mission here** Support the daily execution of logistics operations by monitoring vehicles en route, supporting drivers, and controlling operational activities—ensuring delivery smoothness and alignment with Amazon’s operational standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor vehicles in operation via the **Control Tower**, tracking route progress and deliveries in real time. * Monitor routes through **Amazon’s operational system**, identifying prolonged stops, deviations, or inconsistencies during deliveries. * Proactively contact drivers to understand operational incidents and provide necessary support for delivery continuity. * Participate in daily operational meetings with Amazon, tracking directives, alignments, and operational KPIs. * Support the **vehicle dispatch and receipt process**, ensuring organization, control, and smooth flow of route departures and returns. * Assist in yard organization and operational workflow, contributing to adherence to schedules and operational productivity. * Record operational incidents and report deviations identified during route monitoring. **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Passion for working with numbers; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. **Work Schedule** This is a 6x1 position! * We have 2 morning shifts: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM (with 1-hour break), Monday through Saturday; **What We Offer:** Salary: salary expectation. * Health and dental insurance (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction); * Meal allowance or food voucher of R$24.00/day (with 1% deduction); * Transportation allowance + commuting support route (Pirajá Station – Salvador / CIA – Simões Filho / Paripe – Salvador); * Birthday Day Off: one day off in your birth month after 3 months of employment; * TotalPass (gyms and wellness); * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) as per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT); * Paternity leave of 10 days (after 3 months). **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
