Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and analyzing management, financial, and accounting reports; monitoring budgets and variances; and supporting monthly accounting and management closing. Support for monthly accounting and management closing Prepare and analyze management, financial, and accounting reports. Monitor budget (Budget) and variance analysis. Support monthly accounting and management closing. Analyze costs, expenses, and performance indicators. Ensure integrity of financial information for decision-making. Support internal and external audits. Contribute to process and internal control improvements. Work Location: Lauro de Freitas \- BA. Position: Initially temporary, with potential for permanent hiring. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM\. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or related areas. * Prior experience in controllership or finance-related roles. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of financial statement analysis. * ERP system knowledge. * Experience with data analysis tools.
