Developing and evolving REST APIs with an emphasis on quality and security **Work Model:** 100% On-site **Contract Model:** PJ **What We’re Looking For:** **Must-Have:** * Solid experience with **Java 7, 8, and 17** * **Spring Boot** (2.x and 3.x) * AWS architecture (**RDS, ECS, EC2, EKS**, etc.) * **SQL** (queries, data manipulation, reporting) * Maintaining legacy front-end (**HTML, JavaScript, JSP**) * Build and CI/CD tools (**Gradle, Maven, Jenkins**) * **JUnit** and best practices for automated testing * Experience working with **microservices** * Knowledge of **FTP commands** **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with **Swagger** / OpenAPI * Experience in complex, large-scale corporate environments * Ability to provide technical mentoring and drive adoption of best practices within the team **Your Responsibilities:** As a **Senior Backend Developer and technical reference**, you will be responsible for: * **Developing and evolving REST APIs** (new and legacy), ensuring quality, security, and documentation. * **Maintaining legacy systems** (Java 7/8/17, HTML, JavaScript, JSP), performing bug fixes and evolutionary improvements. * **Providing technical support to the team** on APIs, contributing to performance, stability, and best practices. * **Configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines** using Jenkins, with builds via Gradle/Maven. * **Writing SQL queries and reports**, supporting business area requirements. * **Collaborating on architectural decisions**, focusing on AWS, microservices, and technological evolution. * **Writing automated tests**, participating in code reviews, and promoting quality practices. * **Serving as a technical reference** for the team, supporting more junior developers, discussing solutions, and ensuring alignment with team-defined standards. **What We Offer:** You’ll join diverse, high-performing teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
