Ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences **Position: Senior Data Scientist****Employment Type: PJ** **Work Mode: Remote** **Mandatory Requirements:** ?Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields ?(or equivalent experience in data/AI projects). ?Practical experience with Python for: ?Data manipulation and querying (pandas, SQL/BigQuery). ?Consuming REST APIs (requests, httpx, etc.). ?Developing scripts, reusable modules, and automations. ?Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including: ?Vertex AI / Gemini Enterprise (Agents, chat models, tools/function calling, agent configuration). ?BigQuery and Cloud Storage for data storage and querying. ?Cloud Functions or Cloud Run for exposing AI services. ?Hands-on experience in end-to-end generative AI projects: ?Use case definition. ?Solution design (architecture, agent workflow, data sources). ?Implementation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement. ?Experience in prompt engineering: ?Structuring clear instructions, examples, constraints, and output formats. ?Tuning prompts based on quality metrics, cost, and latency. ?Knowledge of RAG and semantic search: ?Using embeddings/vectors for document indexing. ?Integration with internal or external knowledge bases. ?Solid foundation in statistics and metrics: ?Understanding classification metrics (precision, recall, F1, etc.) and LLM response quality metrics (human evaluation, accuracy, coverage). ?Good software engineering practices: ?Git and code versioning. ?Repository organization, coding standards, and basic testing. ?Ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences (presentations, reports, functional documentation)
