If you seek challenges and take pride in well-executed work, this opportunity is for you. #### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and manage physical-financial schedules, defining deadlines, milestones, and deliverables; * Monitor physical and financial project progress, proposing adjustments when necessary; * Control costs and promote continuous process improvement; * Provide technical support in scope development, project analysis, and material specification; * Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions and structuring processes (LPU, LPP); * Prepare descriptive reports and lead procurement processes; * Monitor construction execution, ensuring compliance with designs and technical standards. ### **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience in construction and engineering projects; * Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and Advanced Excel; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, PDCA, DMAIC); * Knowledge of occupational safety standards; * Availability for technical visits and travel. ### **Advantages** * Experience in earthworks, paving, or industrial/port construction; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Experience with management tools (Smartsheet, ClickUp, Monday.com); * Experience in descriptive reports and technical procurement; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in the field. ### **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Professional development opportunities and training
