We are looking for a committed, agile, and organized professional to work as a Loading and Unloading Assistant in a structured operation focused on safety. **Main Responsibilities:** Assist in loading and unloading goods onto trucks and operational vehicles; Perform basic volume verification and support product organization; Pick orders according to operational team instructions; Support goods handling using manual carts and pallet jacks; Organize warehouse, shipping, and loading dock areas; Ensure proper cargo stowage during operational processes; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; Correctly follow operational procedures and use mandatory PPE. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Availability for on-site work and daily physical effort Completed high school education Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Organization, punctuality, and responsibility regarding schedules Availability to work rotating shifts/flexible hours, if required **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience as a loading/unloading assistant, warehouse clerk, or logistics assistant Experience in distribution centers, transportation companies, or warehouses Convenient access to the company's location
