




Impacto Contabilidade is seeking a General Services professional to support daily cleaning, maintenance, and organization of its internal environments. The employee will be responsible for keeping the workplace clean, pleasant, and functional, directly contributing to team well-being and the company’s positive image. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Cleaning and Maintenance Routines** * Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, reception area, cafeteria, and other internal company areas. * Sanitize desks, furniture, floors, glass surfaces, and shared equipment. * Carry out proper waste collection and disposal. * Ensure restrooms are consistently stocked with hygiene supplies. **Organization and Operational Support** * Organize the cafeteria, including basic coffee preparation and restocking supplies as needed. * Assist in maintaining overall environmental order, ensuring appropriate and functional workspaces. * Manage replenishment of cleaning supplies and inform management of purchasing needs. * Support minor internal requests, such as simple box handling, document organization, or assistance during internal events. **Care and Safety** * Use cleaning products and equipment correctly. * Adhere to company-established safety and hygiene standards. * Report any structural issues, such as burnt-out light bulbs, leaks, or damaged items. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Experience managing staff and assistants; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; The company was founded in 2013 with the goal of connecting companies to people through an effective Recruitment & Selection process.
