Inventory Supervisor

Description

Monitor and carry out activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, control, and dispatch of materials to customers, aiming to ensure inventory levels and the quality of work performed in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and carry out material handling, defining the appropriate transportation method for each type of cargo; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Conduct and participate in inventory activities together with the team; * Establish staffing schedules aligned with required operational movements; * Supervise employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure that tasks outlined in the Work Guidance Document are being executed; * Ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are being followed by the team; * Conduct and/or support daily safety dialogues with the team; * Maintain contact with logistics providers and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Gather information from internal customers about material priorities to guide dispatch scheduling and team planning across units under supervision; * Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines; * Guide/train the team in performing their duties. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations; * Experience in people management. **Additional information** We offer a competitive benefits package aligned with market standards, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation allowance (transportation voucher or chartered bus); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Professional development and wellness programs; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), subject to achievement of established targets. **Important:** * Benefits granted per employment contract and/or collective agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
