The Dental Health Assistant (DHA) will be responsible for supporting dentists during patient care, ensuring the organization of the dental office, biosafety, and patient care. The DHA will work in accordance with OdontoCompany’s standards, contributing to procedural quality and to a safe, humanized patient experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist dentists during clinical procedures; * Prepare and organize the dental office before and after appointments; * Perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of materials and instruments; * Manage inventory of dental supplies; * Provide patients with post-procedure care instructions; * Welcome and prepare patients for appointments; * Comply with biosafety regulations and clinic protocols; Support administrative tasks related to the dental office, when necessary. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed Dental Health Assistant training course; * Active registration with the Regional Dental Council (CRO); * Prior experience in this role is an advantage; * Knowledge of biosafety and dental office routines; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and humanized patient care; * Availability to work flexible hours.
