RECEPTIONIST - HOTEL ARCO ÍRIS
The receptionist will be responsible for guest service, performing check-in and check-out procedures, providing information, and ensuring courteous, efficient service aligned with the quality standards of Hotel Arco Írís.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel service;
* Perform guest check-in and check-out;
* Provide information about the hotel, services, and local tourist attractions;
* Make reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the system;
* Monitor guest and visitor entries and exits;
* Receive payments, issue invoices, and organize documents;
* Record and forward requests, complaints, and incidents;
* Maintain organization and proper functioning of the front desk.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in this role is an advantage;
* Basic computer and reservation system knowledge;
* Good communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor;
* Organization, responsibility, and proactivity;
* Flexible availability.
