Job Summary: Responsible for delivering theoretical training to youth enrolled in apprenticeship programs, providing pedagogical support, and keeping youth-related information up to date. Proficiency in various training content areas Description: * Bachelor's degree required in: Pedagogy, Languages, Social Sciences, Business Administration (with specialization in Human Resources or educational fields), Commercial Management, Agribusiness, Production Management, Social Communication, Human Resource Management, Social Services, Logistics, and/or Technology-related fields; * Solid experience in delivering training is required. * Experience in any of the following sectors is considered an advantage: Meat industry, Logistics, Telemarketing, Agribusiness, Administrative services, Human Resources, Retail trade, Financial institutions, Technology, Automotive industry, or Food industry. * We seek professionals who strongly identify with social responsibility and working with youth. * Availability to travel to the cities of Carmo do Rio Verde and Uruaçu. * Personal vehicle and Brazilian driver's license category B required. * Responsible for conducting theoretical training sessions for adolescents and young people hired under apprenticeship programs, providing pedagogical support to the technical team regarding CIEE Apprenticeship Programs, in accordance with applicable legislation and official notices. * Maintain up-to-date records on youth participants and session progress (registrations, absences, and performance); * Organize physical space, equipment, and materials; * Absorb and disseminate diverse training-related content, such as: Citizenship—rights and responsibilities, verbal expression, reading and text comprehension, administrative routines, application of mathematical concepts, basic economics/budgeting (personal, household, business), and customer service. 2511060202271852312
