Job Summary: This role involves teaching knowledge in the Metalworking and Mechanical Engineering field, preparing and delivering theoretical and practical classes, and actively participating in the teaching-learning process. Key Highlights: 1. Deliver theoretical and/or practical Metalworking and Mechanical Engineering classes 2. Conduct pedagogical follow-up of students 3. Participate in meetings and develop educational projects Teach Metalworking and Mechanical Engineering knowledge, prepare and deliver theoretical and practical classes, and plan activities according to educational guidelines. Participate in meetings, attend to students and parents and/or guardians, and carry out other activities to ensure the teaching-learning process. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and present periodic lesson plans (weekly to annual) aligned with the Course Plan or Teaching Plan and educational guidelines, conducting ongoing evaluation, monitoring, and adjustments; * Deliver theoretical and/or practical classes, ensuring safety, hygiene, and environmental protection during teaching-learning activities; * Monitor students personally and/or via the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE); * Participate in school meetings, parent and/or guardian meetings, and Class Councils; * Attend to students and parents and/or guardians; * Organize events, technical visits, and social, cultural, and pedagogical activities; * Maintain pedagogical and disciplinary alignment with Coordination; * Develop and monitor projects within the area of expertise; * Supervise interns and apprentices, promoting students’ integration into professional environments at companies; * Prepare and supervise students participating in Knowledge Olympiads; * Monitor and advise on Final Course Projects; * Design and implement assessment methods, and grade evaluated assignments; * Propose and conduct grade recovery activities; * Complete administrative and pedagogical records; * Perform other duties compatible with the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Mechanical Engineering; * Availability to work in **Aparecida de Goiânia\-GO**. **[Desirable] Knowledge and/or Experience** * Knowledge of machining is a plus! **Desirable Knowledge** * Technical drawing; * Structural calculation; * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems; * Preventive and corrective maintenance; * CNC programming; * Industrial robotics; * Process automation; * Failure analysis; * Materials and heat treatments; * Industrial mechanics; * Turning; * Basic computer skills (Office Suite); * Teaching methodology; * Educational legislation; * Teaching methodology; * Maintenance mechanics; * Machining; * Customer service techniques. **Additional Information** **Selection Process Identification Number:** **10906211/2026 SENAI Dr. Celso Charuri (SEDUC)** **Selection Process Stages:** Stage – Curriculum Analysis Stage – Trial Lesson Assessment **(****Trial Lesson Topic:** **Heat Treatment)** Stage – Interview with Manager * *GERHC reserves the right to add or remove selection stages at its discretion.* **Employment Details:** **Work Location: SESI SENAI DR.
