**The Seres Group, in partnership with a national company in the Sanitation sector, is seeking a professional to work as an Engineering Technician I.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop preventive building maintenance actions, complete the monthly checklist, and propose improvements. * Read and interpret project documents for installations, maintenance, and construction related to water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, wells, etc. * Monitor the technical execution of sanitation maintenance activities. * Guide small on-site teams of construction professionals. * Supervise third-party services. * Manage service orders and execution deadlines. * Perform quality control upon project delivery, analyzing completed work and calculating comparative indices between planned and executed work, aiming to continuously improve services provided by the company. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: Mon–Wed 08:00–18:00, Thu 08:00–18:00, Fri 08:00–17:00 * Work Model: On-site. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Valid Driver's License Category B (permanent); * Willingness to travel. **Desirable:** * Experience leading field teams is desirable. **Work Location:** * São Fidélis, Rio de Janeiro.
