Support and assistance to internal departments and external partners **Job Mission** Provide support in carrying out administrative and operational processes and procedures by performing tasks and collecting and controlling data, information, and documents to contribute to the effective functioning of the assigned department. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, organize, and archive expense documentation and other records required for project accountability reporting processes. * Perform data entry and updates in spreadsheets and control systems, ensuring standardization and traceability of information. * Collect, verify, and consolidate data and documents submitted by responsible departments, ensuring completeness and compliance with contractual and institutional requirements. * Assist in preparing and submitting accountability reports and statements according to established schedules and guidelines. * Maintain administrative records and internal controls related to accountability reporting, adhering to organizational policies and procedures. * Provide support and assistance to internal departments and external partners, advising them on procedures, deadlines, and document submission formats. **Specific Knowledge Requirements** * Prior experience of 1–2 years in similar roles, with focus on accountability reporting and/or third-sector organization management * Advanced Excel proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with accountability reporting in third-sector organizations, particularly for projects funded by public agencies or international bodies. * Prior experience with platforms such as OSinfo, Siconv, Salic, or similar
