O&M Transmission Supervisor - Medeiros Neto/BA

We are looking for an **O&M Transmission Supervisor**, to ensure the reliability and availability of transmission lines, directly preventing failures, responding to emergencies, and coordinating field teams. This person ensures that inspections, switching operations, and interventions are carried out safely, with technical precision and in compliance with operational standards, while accurately documenting all incidents and structural conditions. **If you are organized, communicative, enjoy working in a team, and seek a dynamic environment for professional development, this is your place with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections of transmission lines, identify defects, plan interventions, interpret technical drawings, and prepare specifications, procedures, and reports. * Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, coordinate switching operations, supervise field teams, and ensure equipment reliability. * Analyze failures, support commissioning activities, manage materials, and maintain tool organization. * Direct responsibility for compliance with safety regulations—including authority to suspend activities when necessary—as well as maintaining up-to-date technical records and contributing to continuous improvement, multi-year planning, and standardization of maintenance processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Experience in inspection and critical failure analysis of transmission lines. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Driver’s license Category B (Category D preferred). * Experience with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes. * Ability to prepare accurate technical reports and documentation. * Advanced interpretation of technical drawings. * Proven, solid experience working on transmission lines, including 500 kV structures. * Practical experience in tower assembly, cable stringing, insulator string replacement, routine inspections, and post-failure inspections. **Desirable Attributes:** * Experience operating drones. * Experience in live-line work (e.g., insulator replacement, spacer installation, conductor repairs). **Additional Information** **For you and your dependents:** * Medical and dental plans. **Exclusively for you:** * Meal and/or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Gym / wellness programs; * Language program; * Variable compensation program. **ENGIE** has been present in Brazil for over 20 years, leading electricity generation in the country and delivering innovative services and solutions to its customers.
