Onboarding and Integration of New Employees: Plan and execute the integration process, introduce the company, internal policies, culture, and accompany new employees during the first months. Training: Deliver and monitor monthly training sessions, assist in annual planning, track attendance, and issue reports. Termination Process: Guide employees on rights and responsibilities, conduct exit meetings, carry out termination interviews, and oversee documentation. **Desired Experience** Previous experience in generalist HR routines. Experience with electronic timekeeping and indicator analysis. Experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding. Experience in training and new employee integration. Knowledge in benefits administration. **Requirements and qualifications** Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of electronic timekeeping and payroll systems.
