* Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all logistics operations, ensuring efficiency throughout the entire flow — from receipt to delivery of products to the end customer. * Manages receiving, storage, picking and shipping operations for frozen products, ensuring maintenance of the cold chain. * Ensures correct execution of internal processes, aiming at productivity, quality and reduction of losses. * Supervises operational and administrative logistics teams, monitoring performance indicators such as inventory, productivity, losses and service level. * Plans and optimizes transportation, storage and distribution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and costs. * Coordinates the order process and information flow between suppliers, operations and customers. * Analyzes data and prepares management reports to support management in strategic decision-making. * Participates in warehouse implementation, contributing to layout and operational flows to ensure efficiency and safety in operations.
