




**JOB MISSION:** Assist in activities related to workplace safety, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize the risks of work-related accidents, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation. **ACTIVITIES:** * Manage and distribute PPE, fill out employee PPE delivery forms, and record data in the Operational System; * Inspect fire extinguishers, check hose and hydrant enclosures, alarm systems, assist in updating records for building and vehicle fire extinguishers, and enter data into the system; * Control the distribution of emergency kits and their components; * Manage inventory control, create IMO labeling, and enter data into the system; * Conduct DDS (Daily Dialogue on Safety) at the beginning of shifts; * Conduct safety and environmental training sessions and campaigns; * Manage and prepare administrative and operational documents; * Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, working at heights, lifting operations, and product transfer; * Guide employees on the correct use of PPE, inform them about accident prevention methods, and inspect work areas to identify unsafe environmental conditions; * Perform tasks in compliance with internal and external SSMAQ safety regulations.
