




Performs auxiliary and/or complementary activities, which may include operating small, light, manual, and other easily operated equipment, and/or operating equipment in steel production areas, whose main characteristic is processing material transformation using the production technology of a production line. **Responsibilities and duties** **1\)** Perform routine operational activities by supporting the operation of machines and low-complexity equipment, as well as operational inspections, under the supervision of the immediate superior in the work area. **2\)** Assist in performing mechanical repair, adaptation, and improvement services for equipment, structures, installations, and lubrication services, according to instructions from the immediate maintenance supervisor. **3\)** Support departmental activities in executing, preparing, and organizing necessary materials and tools. **4\)** Carry out loading and unloading of products and transportation of materials, parts, and tools. **5\)** Accompany the maintenance shift team in activities requiring such support without performing repairs. **6\)** Maintain hygiene conditions in the work area and clean machines and equipment used or repaired, following established procedures and standards. **7\)** Comply with quality and occupational safety rules and procedures by participating in corporate lectures and training sessions, using personal protective equipment (PPE), properly handling raw materials, machines, and equipment, among others. 8\) Contribute to the company's product quality by applying quality standards and procedures, performing activities as defined, and assisting audit processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:** Experience in the field of activity. **EDUCATION:** High school diploma. **DESIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** Operating systems in the area. Steelmaking processes and equipment. Technical characteristics and applications of products. Quality, environment, health, and occupational safety standards. Information security standards.
