**Main Responsibilities:** * Work with retail ERP systems on inventory, procurement, billing, finance, master data management, and reporting. * Provide Level 1 operational support (TEF, printers, store internet, and integrations). * Manage service tickets and follow-up activities. * Perform data reading and validation (spreadsheets, reports, discrepancies, and information cross-checking). * Support administrative tasks within the IT department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Technical program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of computer literacy, hardware, and software; * Aptitude for technology and learning; * Good communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail chain/store environments; * Access governance and system security; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and intermediate Excel skills; * Familiarity with omnichannel concepts (ERP + e-commerce + marketplace). Must reside in Praia Grande.
