Join us in a **dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment**, where **innovation and development** are priorities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main responsibilities include:** * Training and updating the Quality team on executed activities; * Coordinating and monitoring team activities; * Managing departmental goals (performance dashboard); * Controlling departmental expenses; * Managing internal and external departmental documents; * Managing third-party service providers contracted by the department; * Conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits; * Investigating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) issued by production, especially in critical cases; * Handling customer and consumer complaints received via Customer Service (SAC), focusing on critical cases; * Managing HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points); * Supplier qualification; * Managing laboratory routines; * Addressing deviations with customers, suppliers, and partners. **Desirable:** * Prior experience managing operational, logistics, or production teams; * Participation in continuous improvement projects, process standardization, or implementation of performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience with management methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, or similar). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Food Safety, or related fields; * Proven experience in the Quality area within the food, supplement, or pharmaceutical segments; * Knowledge of indicator management (KPIs) and performance reporting; * Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP; * Proficiency in Excel and process control tools; * Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of standards and certifications (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, among others); * Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.); * Experience managing teams. **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal Allowance and/or Basic Food Basket; * Mobility Allowance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Pharmacy Partnership; * Group Life Insurance; * Bonus; * Gympass; * Discount on supplements from the brands **Integralmédica, Darkness, and Nutrify**.
