Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for restocking merchandise, organizing the sales floor, assisting customers and cashiers, and managing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Restocking and organizing merchandise to ensure inventory availability. 2. Supporting customers and cashiers for efficient service. 3. Monitoring products and maintaining the organization of the sales area. **Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, following basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", ensuring correct stock location within aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with safety rules and procedures to guarantee optimal inventory availability for customers; * Replace labels and create signage and product sample displays, following the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle, keeping display units, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastic, equipment, or other items obstruct or hinder customer movement in the section’s aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to cashier requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Respond courteously, attentively, and willingly when approached by customers, facilitating sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stock-outs in the assigned territory, considering the four possible causes (replenishment, inventory count, AVS's, and unscanned stock-outs), to monitor available products. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating elevated platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
