Responsibilities **Job Mission** Act corporately by connecting all industrial units to coordinate, standardize, control, and optimize material management across warehouses, with a focus on cost reduction, increased asset availability, logistical efficiency, and technical development of teams. **Responsibilities** * Lead warehouses at manufacturing units in Brazil and Argentina; * Define and implement corporate standards for warehouse inventory management; * Map and standardize MRO materials across all industrial units; * Establish technical criteria for: Material classification and criticality; * Standardization of SKU master data, coding, and material family structuring; * Coordinate projects for: Reduction of obsolete and excess inventory; * Optimization of inventory levels based on consumption and criticality; * Implement industry best practices and technologies applied to material management; * Develop and monitor corporate KPIs for materials and maintenance costs; * Integrate data and processes with ERP/CMMS systems (SAP PM and MM); * Conduct internal and external benchmarking on industrial inventory management; * Deliver technical training to local teams on: Material management, classification, and standardization; * Warehouse and inventory best practices; * Collaborate closely with reliability, planning, procurement, and engineering departments; * Support strategic decision-making based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and material lifecycle analyses. **Work Location:** To be determined – Cubatão or Santo André **Travel Availability:** Frequent, not punctual – every 3 months to Camaçari or Bahía Blanca, AR Requirements **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields **Mandatory Knowledge** People management experience – consistent track record; Experience in industrial material management, MRO inventory, and cost management; Knowledge of: SAP MM, CMMS, criticality analysis, ABC analysis, TCO, LCC; Intermediate/advanced Spanish Work Environment **Inspiring Work Environment** At Unipar, we believe that a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative work environment is essential for everyone’s growth.
