MERCHANDISE STORE OPERATOR - TEMPORARY - PRAIA GRANDE
Restock merchandise on gondolas/shelves, following company standards, preventing stockouts to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Transport and replenish goods from inventory to the sales area, restocking according to the layout established by the company, aiming to maintain organization and ease of purchase for customers;
* Clean gondolas and products, collecting them in case of damage, complying with the company's hygiene rules and reducing operational losses;
* Price all products displayed in the sales area, performing frequent checks to avoid issues related to Consumer Rights;
* Daily verify and control product expiration dates and quality, removing from the sales area any items unsuitable for consumption;
* Provide high-quality customer service, meeting customer expectations, maintaining service standards and seeking customer loyalty;
* Perform maintenance/cleaning of tools and equipment in the department, according to sanitary inspection standards, as well as cleaning the sales area and storage, keeping them clean and organized;
* Prepare the department for store opening and closing regarding restocking, pricing, product display, and storage, ensuring quality presentation while respecting compliance with rules and procedures;
* Replenish products, restock gondolas/shelves according to needs and sales demand, organizing goods in a neat and easily accessible manner for customers;
* Assist in organizing pallets, returning them to appropriate locations after use, facilitating their future reuse.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed Elementary Education;
* Previous experience in the food retail sector (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.) will be considered a differentiator.

Remove defective, damaged, near-expiry or expired goods from sales areas;
Maintain the standard product display in the sectors you work in, observing product assortment;
Package and label products;

Budgeting Dentist / Evaluator
* Recruit candidates and conduct interviews with specialist dentists, always seeking to identify their primary specialty and various competencies to cover for other specialists in case of absence or emergency;
* Ensure all budget evaluations are completed, then direct the reception team to schedule the earliest possible return appointment or slot, informing patients about payment methods and whether the procedure will be under contract or private payment.

* Ensure no patient leaves in pain, prioritizing emergency and urgent treatments.

* Contact all patients who received budgets but did not proceed, aiming to convert these into sales;

* Provide feedback to directors (franchisees) regarding employee performance and monthly targets.
* Conduct training sessions with staff whenever there are updates to procedures from Odontocompany.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree – Graduation in Dentistry.
* **Active registration with CRO, kept up to date.**
* Updates or specialization.
* **Experience as an Evaluator/Budgeting Specialist.**
* Customer service skills.
* Basic Office Suite – Word, Excel, etc.
