Contribution to the smooth operation of the kitchen The professional is responsible for meal pre\-preparation according to company guidelines and standards, sanitation, organization, and food production, ensuring quality and food safety. Also assists in cleaning and maintaining utensils, equipment, and the work environment, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen, supporting the official staff and cooks, ramp setup, and customer service. Preference given to candidates with experience in industrial kitchens. Work schedule: All shifts and rotations Permanent position (CLT), for vacation coverage. Must be available to work all shifts and rotations (6X1, 12X36, and 5X2 — morning, afternoon, and night shifts; night shift receives an additional 35% pay). Must be available to work at our units in Cubatão.
