Plan inspection and non-destructive testing services such as UT, PT, MT, IRIS, X-ray, etc., to ensure the integrity of static equipment. Conduct failure analysis to identify damage mechanisms such as corrosion, abrasion, chemical attack, temperature attack, fatigue, to find and eliminate root causes. Prepare budgets and descriptive memoranda for service procurement. Develop Modification or Repair Projects (M/R) according to NR-13, specifying materials, execution procedures, quality control, and personnel qualification, aiming to restore asset functionality. Work with planning technicians to develop inspection planning and scheduling. Develop maintenance and inspection plans for registration in SAP PM to optimize inspection activities. Participate in PMTA calculations to reconstruct documentation in compliance with NR-13 or verify suitability for use, aiming to maintain operational safety of the asset. Conduct surveillance and monitoring inspections during manufacturing at Yara facilities and external suppliers. Supervise service provider contracts according to the Descriptive Memorandum and the agreement signed between parties. Create inspection plans and participate in planning inspection activities during routine and non-routine shutdowns. Participate in or lead internal SIG or SPIE audits. 13. Prepare preliminary information for submission to the SPIE certification body. 15. Participate in fitness-for-service projects or new projects, supporting partner areas or internal clients. Implement RBI methodology and other company guidelines present in TOPS 2.06, guidelines, and TSs. Carry out and monitor activities according to operational procedures and work instructions established by the company, ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System Policy and the Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety programs in force within the organization. Participate in corrosion studies with the Yara International team. Develop and review Inspection and Non-Destructive Testing procedures. Manage project changes (MOC) and follow up on NR-13 modifications. **Profile | Education and Skills** -------------------------------------- Collaborative spirit, initiative, curiosity, ownership mindset, and respect for differences. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering. Knowledge of RBI (Risk Based Inspection) methodology. Knowledge of non-destructive testing methods including Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, and Eddy Current. Thorough knowledge of NR-13 and current regulations regarding the In-house Equipment Inspection Service (SPIE) certification. In-depth knowledge of metallurgy, corrosion, heat treatment, welding, and ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Familiarity with material, design, and post-construction standards (ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, DIN, EN).
