With corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100\. **Job Description** We have an opening for a **Software Development Coordinator**, with the following key responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the software development team, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions. * Foster team members’ professional growth through mentoring, training, and continuous feedback. * Promote technological innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and development practices. * Collaborate with other departments to align technological solutions with business objectives. * Coordinate the development of new features and maintenance of existing solutions. * Design and maintain software architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency. * Implement and promote industry-standard development best practices and frameworks. * Actively participate in strategic decisions related to software development and technological innovation. * Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness. **Qualifications** * Solid software development experience, preferably with Java. * Experience developing REST APIs and microservices architecture. * Knowledge of cloud services, especially AWS. * Experience with code versioning tools (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases. * Agile methodology experience (Scrum or Kanban). * Experience leading teams and developing people. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with DataDog * Technical certifications in relevant areas (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.). **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
