This role requires strong technical expertise in web development, as well as autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage end-to-end initiatives while ensuring quality, performance, and security in deliverables. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain SDKs, libraries, and web applications; * Build scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions; * Ensure front-end development and architectural best practices; * Write reusable, testable, and easily maintainable code; * Integrate and consume REST APIs; * Participate in technical discussions and propose continuous improvements; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; * Monitor and communicate results of implemented features; * Contribute to technological evolution of products and processes; * Support dissemination of technical knowledge within the team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript; * Experience with ReactJS; * Knowledge of HTML/CSS and preprocessors such as Sass, Less, or JSS; * Experience with build tools and bundlers like Webpack; * Hands-on experience consuming and integrating REST APIs; * Experience with automated testing (Jest, Cypress, or similar); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Analytical mindset and autonomy in managing tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Angular or Vue.js; * Knowledge of NodeJS, NestJS, or other backend technologies; * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; * Experience with image manipulation and processing; * Knowledge of secure development and web security best practices; * Experience building SDKs or libraries for customers. **Expected Soft Skills:** * Clear and concise communication, with ability to align requirements across different teams; * Collaboration and teamwork in multidisciplinary environments; * Proactivity in identifying problems and proposing solutions; * Sense of responsibility and ownership over deliverables; * Organizational and prioritization skills; * Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus; * Adaptability to change and evolving contexts/products; * Continuous learning mindset and technical curiosity; * Critical thinking for process and delivery quality improvement; * Strong time management and autonomy in task execution. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Qualifications:** * Ability to solve complex problems; * Organization and sense of priority; * Collaborative and proactive mindset; * Strong communication skills across diverse departments; * Ongoing interest in learning and technological updates; * Critical perspective for continuous process and product improvement; * Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for deliverables. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
