If you enjoy transforming prototypes into scalable solutions, integrating LLMs into real-world pipelines, and ensuring performance and quality in production, this challenge is for you. **What You’ll Do** * Develop GenAI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents. * Implement end-to-end RAG pipelines (chunking, embedding, retrieval, and generation). * Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) into enterprise applications. * Create and optimize intelligent prompts for different use-case contexts. * Build evaluation frameworks and automated tests for GenAI agents. * Develop APIs and interfaces for secure and scalable consumption of agents. * Implement observability, logging, and monitoring for production GenAI solutions. * Optimize inference performance and cost using caching and batching techniques. * Collaborate with product and AI squads to deliver GenAI features and integrations. * Document code, APIs, and deployment processes following software engineering best practices. **What We Expect From You** *Required:* * 4+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in GenAI/LLMs. * Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, numpy). * Practical experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. * Knowledge of REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, and microservices architecture. * Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. * Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB). * Knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (AWS and Azure). *Desirable:* * Experience with model fine-tuning (Hugging Face, OpenAI Fine-tuning API). * Knowledge of LLM testing frameworks (LangSmith, Promptfoo). * Experience with asynchronous programming and streaming in Python. * Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data pipelines. * Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) for building agent interfaces. * Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. **Qualifications** * 4+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in GenAI/LLMs. Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, numpy).
