Opportunity for professional growth We are looking for an Operational Customer Service Analyst to join our team and ensure excellence in customer relationships, working with a focus on agility, organization, and quality in executing port terminal scheduling processes. Main Responsibilities: Receive collection requests and review documentation. Input schedules into the system and create folders on the server containing e\-mails and documents. Perform follow\-up with customers via e\-mail, phone, and WhatsApp. Contact terminals, shipping lines, and port operators for scheduling and inquiries. Support commercial, calculation, and billing departments. Inform customers and internal departments of costs for billing purposes. Register collections in systems (Rodopar, Fretefy, Gestran). Schedule and monitor port operations. Update reports and send monthly KPIs to customers. Act swiftly to resolve operational issues. Requirements: Completed high school education (college degree in progress or completed is preferred). Minimum 6 months of experience in the field (1 year preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organization, customer focus, and proactivity. Teamwork, planning, and emotional intelligence. Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
