Support to various internal departments and resolution of customer issues We are seeking an Operational Customer Service Analyst to join the SVC team! Job Mission Provide customer service focused on satisfaction, as well as analyze and issue documentation related to road transportation and foreign trade. Key Responsibilities Receive customer pickup requests via email. Analyze received documentation, verifying items such as GR, Farma, DGR/IMO, among others. Schedule cargo loads and enter pickups and documentation into computerized systems. Contact terminals, shipping lines, and other port operators to arrange and inquire about schedules. Perform follow-up with customers (via phone, email, and WhatsApp), keeping them continuously updated on cargo status. Scheduling at ports and airports. Support commercial, costing, and billing departments, and interact with all internal departments. Intervene quickly and effectively in resolving customer issues during service/operations. ✅ Requirements and Qualifications Education: Completed high school. Desired experience: Minimum of 6 months in the field. Preferred: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. Skills/Competencies: Customer focus. Strong verbal and written communication. Organization and planning. Teamwork and good interpersonal relationships. Proactive mindset and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in Excel. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:15 AM.
