### **Job Mission**
Plan, schedule, control, and monitor the physical and financial progress of construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements defined in the project scope.
### **Responsibilities and Activities**
* Review and analysis of designs, specifications, and scope documents.
* Development of the **WBS – Work Breakdown Structure**.
* Development and updating of the **physical schedule** (phases, durations, dependencies, and resources).
* Planning of the project’s **cash flow**.
* Creation of **S-curves** and resource histograms.
* Decomposition of the master schedule into **action plans**, weekly and monthly schedules.
* Continuous alignment with engineers, foremen, and field teams.
* Analysis and monitoring of **planning KPIs**.
* Participation in site meetings, coordination meetings, and interface meetings.
* Risk analysis and development of contingency plans.
* Preparation of weekly and monthly executive reports.
* Presentation of results to management, clients, and teams.
* Technical documentation of project progress for historical project records.
### **Job Requirements**
### **Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, or **Building Construction Technology**.
* Additional courses in construction planning are considered advantageous.
### **Technical Knowledge**
* MS Project and/or Primavera P6\.
* Advanced Excel.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation.
* Project management tools: S-curves, WBS, histograms.
* Power BI (desirable).
* AutoCAD (desirable).
### **Experience**
* Prior experience in construction planning, control, or engineering.
* Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
