Develop and implement the Occupational Health Medical Control Program - PCMSO (Occupational Medicine Physician), carrying out activities related to delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of PCMSO with the client. Provide administrative, technical, and operational support for activities related to the area, offering guidance and assistance to team members. **Responsibilities and duties** Issue technical opinions on workers' fitness to perform their duties, considering occupational risks and health impacts. Guide and monitor absences and returns to work for workers with occupational diseases or other health issues, ensuring proper rehabilitation and functional re-adaptation when necessary. Serve as the technical responsible for the company's clinic before regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform occupational health evaluations of workers, including pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, change-of-risk, and termination exams, in accordance with current regulations. Assess workers' work capacity, considering compatibility between potential health conditions and the cognitive, emotional, and physical demands of their job functions. Develop, implement, and monitor the Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) and the Respiratory Protection Program (RPP), ensuring prevention of health damage to workers exposed to physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and accident-related hazards. Identify and assess occupational risks in the workplace, proposing preventive and corrective measures to reduce exposure to harmful agents. Develop and implement occupational health programs, such as the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), aiming at disease prevention and health promotion in the workplace. Monitor and support employees who suffer work-related accidents until full recovery. Provide guidance and training on occupational health, ergonomics, first aid, and best practices for promoting health at work. Monitor and investigate work-related accidents, identifying causes and proposing preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Conduct occupational medical consultations, reviewing certificates, medical exams, and clinical documentation provided by workers, issuing conclusive technical opinions on work capacity. Validate medical certificates, assessing their legitimacy, clinical coherence, and compatibility with the worker's job function, adhering to technical and legal criteria. Issue medical reports and expert opinions to support internal administrative processes, referrals to INSS, granting of leaves, or monitoring functional re-adaptations. Participate in medical boards when necessary as an evaluator, especially in cases involving complex decisions about prolonged absences, reintegration, or rehabilitation. Analyze and validate medical information recorded in corporate systems and occupational records, ensuring consistency, traceability, and legal compliance. Provide in-person medical care according to demand and current regulations, ensuring confidentiality, ethics, and technical responsibility in decision-making. Evaluate the relevance and clinical impact of requests for leave extensions based on medical and occupational criteria, issuing well-founded technical opinions. Support the Human Resources team in processes related to leave management, vocational rehabilitation, disability retirement, or return with restrictions.
